There's Midnight in the Garden of Evil by SpikesKat. You can find it on SpikesKat's site, which I think is titled Seductive Embrace. Sorry I can't post a link but you can get to her site through The House of Bloodshed. The story's pretty dark and also features an evil Giles and Willow. The Spuffy doesn't start right away though. It's one of my favorites, hope you like it.
