Summary: When Detective Elizabeth Summers has to investigate the deaths of several young women, who have all been mysteriously drained of blood, she is led into the dark and menacing world of Goth vampires. I read a great one a while back where Buffy Spike and Dawn went to LA for the summer to stay with her dad and his new wife. It was summer between S5 & S6 (Buffy never died). Dad thinks Spike and Buffy are engaged and wackiness ensues. I'm searching for it but I can't remember the name or where i read it. (Also an appearance of jealous Angel!)
