Pregnant Buffy, Suspicious Spike

Looking for some fics where Buffy gets pregnant and Spike suspects that its not his. Can be any genre, any time frame, etc. Just want to read something where he suspects her of cheating and that the baby is not his.

When I've seen this in fics it's been like for a moment and then resolved really quickly and not part of any real plotline per se. Are you asking for those or only for those where it is more? I can't think of any where it was more than that, although I agree it would be interesting...

In the Bittersweets Series by Herself, Buffy goes back in time in Mr Grieves and the Fallen Woman where she gets pregnant. At the beginning of the following story in the series, The Littler Bit, she has returned and Spike recognizes right away that she is four months pregnant and does not believe he is the father and is pretty upset about it. And that's the only one I could think of right now.

Here's an all human one with twin brothers - Spike and William - and a pregnancy problem between them. It is a large part of the plot line and there is a significant period of time where Spike is pissed off at Buffy due to misunderstanding.

It's a one-shot with human Buffy and human Spike. Though Buffy tells Spike about the baby and hopes that he is the father she can not be sure because it could also be someone else's.

I'm not sure how well it fits, but I wrote one where Spike questions the paternity at first. It's resolved fairly quickly, though, and then he spends the rest of the time worrying that the kid could be evil.

There are actually a couple of times during the story that Spike suspects Buffy of having an affair with Angel - one near the beginning when she gets pregnant and one much later (Actually in one of the "Life Goes On" stories).

As you said, even when he believes that the baby is *supposed* to be his, since it was done with magic involved, he's not 100% sure that it is ...
