Anyone have any good recs for early season 6? Ones that explore the friendship that Spike and Buffy were developing before they got together, or maybe show how their relationship could have developed differently? I have read a few -"Stumbling Through Love" by kantayra, "Rough and Tumble" by Holly, "And Then She Knew" by Addie Logan (technically this one is AU from S5, but I just love it), but I just really loved their dynamic/interactions in the beginning of S6 and would love to read more. I would definitely prefer longer fics to oneshots, but would love any recommendations! Thanks!

I read this years ago and I remember liking it but its been too long to vouch for its quality. But my recollection is that its good. I hope so.
