I have a clean copy through chapter 23 from TSR, and a full copy in my old cwk document from I don't know where, but from years ago when it apparently was online somewhere in full. I'll have to clean up the cwk half (and it is almost twice as much as the part here on TSR) before I can send it to you but contact me through my contact here at TSR and I will send you the full version as soon as I get it put together properly (today sometime).
