It's not here with her permission. This is a story she plans to rework in the future, she's expressly stated that she doesn't want the original version available here (or anywhere).

First of all, if dampersandspoons aka Grief Counseling is planning to rework that story it's a great news, because the original is already pretty good. But well, she's one of my favorite authors and I love all her works. ;)

I just wanted to dampen things a little though:

The link above is a 'preservation' of The SpuffyRealm from 2017 where dampersandspoons actually posted her fics. The story is not even available, only the first chapter.
And frankly, aren't we all grateful when we're able to find a fic we love and thought lost forever?

There's a 'do not exchange' thread on this forum for authors who used to have their stories archived on TSR and who do not wish to see them exchange via this forum. As far as I saw, dampersandspoons isn't on it. According to the forum rules, as long as an author is not on the 'do not exchange' list, anyone has the right to ask for their fics.

I contacted Grief Counseling 2 years ago and she kindly shared this story with me. Maybe she now has changed her mind and anyway, if she remasters it, we'll have a shiny new and improved version of it. So Yay!

If anyone wishes an exchange, maybe contact her directly on her Sunnydale After Dark profile like flow suggested. She's supper sweet.
