This is exciting. I like it that Spike went right to her room. I really haven't noticed any "British-isms", but some of us Americans use quite a few terms and spellings that are from across; the pond while writing fanfiction (and reviews, too, mate!).

Interesting story; I'm a sucker for Hurt/comfort. I have to say I'm not impressed at a hospital where a nuro pt isn't checked all night though!

I think this is a fine start to this. I am curious to see where it goes. It figures that the Scoobies kick Spike right out. {Growls} Even when he was the one that brought her in. {Growls again} I like that Buffy wanted him to stay though. I hope she continues to want him to stay and doesn't listen to the Scoobies negativity on Spike. Look forward to the next chapter.
