Good chapter. I liked the 10 question game a lot, it gave them opportunity to get to know the other better. And that Buffy knew the answer when caught by the teacher.

Author's Response: Lol! Yeah, the part with the teacher was something that happened to one of my friends. We were passing notes in Psychology class and the teacher called on her and surprisingly enough, she knew the answer, but it was a lot more complex that what Buffy answered.... The 'Pick Ten' was a game that my friends and I decided to make up on our way up to Philadelphia when we were in like, the 8th grade. I thought that would be a nice way for them to get a little closer and for me to bring in the whole "i love you" thing... Thanks!

I like the update; unexpected to see who killed Hank. Didn't expect it to be him. Because of what he did to Buffy? Ethan will have to pay a high price for that.

Author's Response: I was thinking about making Angel be the bad/good guy here, but I decided that he is always getting the breaks and Ethan rarely does. So I thought I would mix things up a bit. There's going to be a scene so we can see just what happened to Ethan. Don't worry! Lol! Thanks! =)

Not horrible or bad, pretty good actually. I could never imagine Ethan as a supportive good guy but it seems to fit in this fic. Good chapter, can't wait for the next.

so, unless buffy was at her house when hank was shot, i don't understand why they would think she had anything to do with it. they were cuffing her in front of the school, so it was obvious that that's where she was, she hasn't even been home the last few days. i do think that's very unprofessional of them to handcuff a teenage girl right in front of her school, good thing for spike. not that i care that hank is dead, but i'm interested to know what happened to him.

Author's Response: Well, the whole fact that it was unprofessional for them to do it like they did was inspired by some recent problems that I've had with my local small-town police. It seems like here it's pretty much Mayberry County....arresting people that didn't do it because there was nothing else to do...I'm glad that someone else picked up on that! Thanks! And, I had some help with that part, before I actually decided that it was paralleled to my recent situation, from one of my friends and she suggested that they could have thought that she could have left school then came back and that might have just been the first place that they looked. And, I don't think that anyone is going to be sad that Hank is gone after what he did to Buffy. Thank God for Spike!!!! Thanks so much again!!! =) -Sam-

Ok, I thought the story seemed a bit familiar and I just realized why, I read it at EF. *lol* Oh well, it's so good so I don't mind reading it again. Did kinda wonder why I hadn't already reviewed here when I liked the story but that explains it. :)

I have my own freewebs account so I post there, then I post at AllAboutSpike, FanFiction, Adult Fan Fiction, here, and EF....so it does get a bit hairy every now and then...easy to get confused!!! Author's Response: On EF I'll have chapters up as soon as their written, but on here, I have to combine chapters so I'll have enough words. On EF the word count required is only 750. On here it's a little more so I just have to combine chapters.... I'm so glad that you liked it!!! I'm so trying to write as much as I can but I'm kinda getting bom-barded with homework from all of my classes and midterm finals/exams are coming up and I have to study for those and all this other crap, so it's taking my time away from writing =(.
