This is fantabulous. I need more. lol :) I hate that Buffy and Spike are so awkward now, but I suppose it's to be expected after what happened. I kind of wish she hadn't been so dense. This. was. fantastic!!! I don't like reality TV, but I always had a weird thing for A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila, and this reminded me a lot of that. I loooooved it! :D Such an entertaining read.

*squeal* Okay I officially love it and can't wait for more. I started out reading and reviewing this on AFF, but I saw it on here and was pleasantly surprised to see several more chapters posted. :) I'm glad that Dawn stuck up for Buffy and that she seems to be accepting the situation more. I'm upset that Hank is such an asshole and that Joyce is such a coward, but I'm glad Buffy was able to get away from them. I have a feeling this isn't the last we'll be seeing of them. That's cute :) I like that they made up from their fight and that they're back to being cuddly, but I get the feeling that their problems aren't over yet. Angel definitely seems to be a bad omen in this, but I hope he doesn't cause them TOO much drama. Also looking forward to seeing how they handle the "baby" issue... I think this is a great story, and definitely an interesting plot, but I'm going to politely say I don't know if I can read it anymore. I'll consider it, but I'm not sure I'll come back to it. The whole losing the baby and her pushing him away thing is depressing me, more so because I just finished writing an intensely angsty fic. Good job though and good luck with finishing it. :)
Author's Response: Aw, well, I'm sorry you feel that way, but I can understand it. I was worried about losing some people with the direction I decided to take this story, even though I wasn't going to show the rape, just the aftermath. Yes, it's all bad now, but things will get better soon, and I always have a happy ending. The pushing him away will pretty much only be in this chapter, I couldn't keep them apart for too long.

It's not that you've lost me as a reader, because I do think the story is lovely, but I think I need a break from angst in general right now. I don't know if you've read any of my fics, but I'm almost finished writing one called How to Save a Life, and I wrote several chapters of extreme angst recently. So I'm in the mood for fluffy things at the moment. I will probably come back and read the ending later though. I would like to see where the two of them end up. Believe me, I've stopped reading fictions that were too angsty, I'm more for fluff, so I can't say I've read any of yours. It's odd, usually people come to me for fluffy stories since I write that the most, I tend to suck when it comes to angst. I guess I just felt like taking this story in a darker direction. Well my curiosity won over and I continued reading this. I'm upset that Buffy won't tell them anything, but that's understandable also. If people always did what was best for them, life wouldn't have so many twists and turns, and it certainly wouldn't make for an interesting story. I do hope that Spike and Angel will come together to give Ben what he deserves (hopefully something extremely painful). Guess I've always liked the revenge side of things.
