I might also mention that it was one of my first BtVS fics long long ago and is what got me into reading fanfiction in the first place. I loved that story. But it isn't for the faint of heart.

In that vein, Laure Alexander's 'Moments in Time' series has a goodly share of Spike controlling Buffy as her sire in a nightmare world where Drusilla reigns insanely over all of them. That is one of my faves but it is also not for those who need things fluffy and fun.

In Beloved in Blood by Ameeya Spike controls Buffy through claim and treats her quite badly in the beginning. It is an amazing story and so well written!

Summary: Spike returns to Sunnydale to kill the Slayer. He's just too drunk to do it properly, and ends up getting himself into the deep without even realizing it. Perhaps worst of all, he has no memory of his actions the next day.

Headful of Ghosts by claudia. WIP and hasn't been updated in over a year which is a shame because it's pretty good.
