99% of the time I simply copy the 'name of the story by author' as given and google it and find where it is immediately. I don't even look in the various archives any more - just google it and it appears almost every time. So if no link is given, do that and you'll probably find the fic you are seeking.
Also we have many many many pages of FIC RECs backed up on the forum to browse through where you can find hundreds of stories, some probably exactly the kind you are now seeking. I recall earlier recs for these. So try the previous Fic Recs pages also.
It seems like we keep recommending the same stories over and over again so I mention the prior fic rec threads. In fact you'll probably find more variety from three years back because there were more old timers responding to requests a few years ago than there are hanging out here currently. Personally I can't think of anything I haven't already rec'd several times over so I don't have anything new to offer on your request.
