I loved The Attic by Jennybean - it made me wonder if there are any fics which have Buffy and Spike trying out the Karma Sutra, with it being innocent at first. Or any situation where something innocent (like a massage) turns into something more.

Naked Innocence by dampersandspoons

What if Spike and Buffy were forced to meet with no knowledge of sex, the human body, or pleasure? And what if they met this way while naked? (Ok, so I just watched Blue Lagoon and wished there was more sex in it and immediately thought of this. It's like a cross between Adam and Eve and...well, just pure innocence turned insanely dirty. It's also supposed to make you laugh, and I hope it does!)
