Post NFA story, Spike in a coma/can't move, Buffy taking care of him, Illyria is there

Hi, I'm looking for a post-NFA (I believe) fic in which Illyria brings Spike to the hospital where he is aware for at least some of the story, but unable to move. Buffy finds him at some point and takes care of him. There is definitely a part where the nurses are ogling Spike a little too much for Buffy's taste as well. Any ideas would be appreciated!
