I just remembered another. The sequel to CallMeKitten's Three's Company called Three's Company 2: Extreme Makeover Edition has Buffy/William/Cordelia having sex at the mall. It's not purely Spuffy though, but you might like it.
Summary: Buffy and Cordelia, spend a little extra time building up their roommate, William's confidence in himself and their relationship. Naughtiness is bound to happen....
