Baby fic, possible AU, Married Spuffy. Breast Feeding scene.

I know this is gross but its the only scene that I can remember fully from a fic.

Its possibly an AU but I think Spike is still a vamp. They are living together and have a baby. Buffy gets up to feed her one night and she doesnt finish feeding so Buffy is in pain and Spike helps her be feeding from her to finish what the baby didnt.

I tried searching but no luck. Guess I'm the only one who remembers weird stuff like this. lol.

Please help!

Oh, I remember this scene too. I wanna say that Vamp!Spike is the biological father to a daughter named Katie. I recall that I really liked this fic, strange I can't remember much else.

"Yeah." Slipping one hand into her gown, she massaged
her breast. "It's a little...uncomfortable."

He was silent for a moment, then looked into her eyes
and said, "I can help you with that, sweetheart."

Buffy gazed at him in surprise...and something else.

"Do tell," she murmured, smiling slowly.
