Post-Chosen, Spike human with a son Jacob

Its a couple of years after Chosen...maybe as many as 10. Dawn runs into Spike and he is human. He has a son named Jacob. Buffy has a daughter and it is Spike's daughter. When Buffy and Spike agree to have lunch they go to a place with a play place and Spike finds out there that Buffy's daughter is his daughter. Also, Jacob is obsessed with Spiderman. Please help!
