Forced to share the same bed?

There was an AMAZING fic (i forget the name - if anyone knows it, that'd be extra good!) where Buffy would be transported into Spike's bed every night when she went to sleep (in her own bed). She had to spend a certain amount of time in his bed night after night (a year?) and she didn't know who's bed she was in and she didn't particularly want to be there - I'm looking for some stories in this vein...

...is there anything where Buffy and Spike HAVE to share a bed, for whatever reason? It could be as a one off, or for a little while, or like the fic i mentioned - for months.

Anyone? TIA :)

Hmmm, they aren't exactly forced to share a bed in Dreamscape by Holly but they have to share a hotel room every night.

Dreamscape Summary:
