What I remember is this: I think... Spike comes back after burning in the hellmouth. He contacts Giles who is in England. Giles brings him to England, but plays on his insecurity about not being worthy of Buffy and he convinces him he could be of use some where else. He has him go with Ethan Rayne only to find he's been sold into servitude.
Ethan also does mind games on him and Spike is all but lost. The only one who knows he's back is Andrew (how I don't remember.)
Anyway, Rayne keeps him captive and sells his services with Giles blessings. I can't remember how Buffy finds out, but I think Andrew gets a cryptic message to her. The last chapter I read Buffy was inside Ethan's stronghold by using a glamor and she has a group of slayer's camped out nearby waiting to go in to rescue him. (I think Spike had to wear some sort of bracelet/homing device and is afraid to leave.)
Any help in identifying or locating this fic would be greatly appreciated.
