Spike save a little girl with powers, then the powers pass to Spike

I don´t remember the name or the author. But Set around season 4. Spike saves a girl that has powers, she brings a Spike and Buffy together, but then is kill by Drusilla (I think). Spike kills Dru, but the powers from the girl pass to him. Then they start a mental web, with Spike as the center of it. The Angel´s crew also come to Sunnydale and start their own mental web with Cordy as the center. They were getting ready to bring the Initiative down!....
