Lady Buffy and Lord Spike/William is a playboy, arranged marriage, they fall in love

Hi guys! I'm looking for a specific fic, set in the 1800s (ish), where Buffy is and independent lady, she goes for a ride at night, falls, Spike/William, drunk in his carriage rescues her. Spike/William is a playboy, all because Drusilla broke his heart. Their parents have decided to marry the two, they agree to give it a try, they fall in love but there are complications, with regards to Buffy thinking William cheated and Drusilla coming back into the picture. I know Cordy shows up at one point to help stick it to Harmony. Any ideas? Thanks!
