Spike gets a soul and goes to England

Spike goes to Africa and gets his soul but doesn't go back to SunnyD. He lives in London(?), where Giles runs into him and figures out that he got his soul. Buffy is vamped but they use the curse to give her a soul. She and Spike get together and she loses it. Long story short, Spike gives her his soul so that it is permanent. I believe Spike is also working as a caretaker for a big library.
