Writing the previous Find-A-Fic request sparked a memory of another fiction I read awhile ago. This one takes place definitely post-Chosen, during Angel S5. Buffy (with Dawn maybe) visits LA to see her dad, and it doesn't go well. She decides to stop by WR&H to see Angel, only to bump into Spike, who she did not know was back. They decide to hang out/talk and wind up back at her hotel room, where Spuffyness occurs. Any recollections?

I did find a short story w/ the aspect of the bad visit with Hank and then Buffy heads to W&H to pick up a book Willow needs. It's called The Easy Thing by Authoressnebula. However, she ends up in a comforting hug with both Spike and Angel in Angel's bed and she wasn't staying with them.
The story I remember I don't believe has the detail conversation w/ Hank, and it definitely has Spike & Buffy back at her hotel room, no Angel and no Angel's bedroom.
I hope I'm not mixing together two stories.
