Long fic. Spike and Buffy connected somehow by a spell?.

This is kind of vague but I can't remember too much. I've been looking for it for a while and now its bugging me that I can't remember.

I think it was season 2 but somehow Spike and Buffy become connected (can't remember how), maybe because something went wrong with the ritual to restore Drusilla? I think this part may be mixed in from another story though...

There is one scene that I do remember:
After Buffy and Spike sleep together for the first time, she accuses him of seducing her and he replies that it is not a crime. I think they did it on her couch too, lol!
