Any fics where Spike gets his chip out one way or another and Buffy and/or Giles is ok with it and defends him against the scoobies or Angel. Of course must be Spuffy. even better if Riley gets his ass kicked by Spike

Another one that I've been betaing for Capella42 is Easy Way Out (on this site); it's unfinished, but Buffy just suggested to Giles that they find a way to get Spike's chip out. Riley doesn't get beat up, however, Buffy does kick him out of town when he comes back with Sam.

Without giving the story away I do believe it fits your request. It's an epic and well done. As for rating, it's unrated I think at the TSR, but if I remember rightly it has adult content. It can also be found at EF and other places depending on your preference of site.
