I read this some time ago and I can't remember title or author. Thank you in advance for your help.

Spike and Buffy are kidnapped by the council. They fill in some prophecy where they are parents of three extraordinary children. I remember that later they escape and hides in an old house Spike. After a year they inform everyone in Sunnydale what happened and where they are.
