Spike w/Tattoo on his back

This is an old, old fic and I don't have many details. Spike is living somewhere else and he either has new friends, or working w/the AtS crew. He has a tattoo on his back that has either blocked his feelings for Buffy or made him forget her, and he treats her coldly. It's not Lovers and Lethe. Buffy figures out that it's the tattoo, and I think there is a higher power that helps her at some point?
