Anne Pratt brought back in 'Forever' in botched spell to save Joyce

Can't for the life of me remember the name of this one, though I'm sure it's on the tip of my tongue! As the title suggests, I'm looking for the fic which sees Dawn and Spike's spell going awry and pulling Anne Pratt 120 years into the future and into the present day. All my keyword searches have so far proved fruitless, so any help would be much appreciated!
