Spike travels back in time, fails to save Joyce

Hey, I really love time travel fics, and there is one I read a while back which I apparently failed to bookmark. Spike travels back in time to either Season Four or Season Five. (I think it was four, but I might be wrong.) I know it ends with Spike saving Buffy in The Gift. Before that, he thinks he can save Joyce by getting her on blood thinners, but she dies anyway. And then he has the nervous breakdown instead of Buffy in The Weight of the World.

Can anyone help me?
