Hi, I'm trying to find a story I read long time ago. There was a storm in Sunnydale, Buffy and Spike were hiding in some Initiative (?) shelter while Willow and Giles were trying to calm the weather by magic. I'm not sure in which season it was, but I guess it couldn't be earlier than 4th.

Were Willow, Oz, and Giles hiding under an overturned dumpster? Spike and Buffy were in an underground shelter and needed to get into dry clothes and found clothing from the 1960's?

If so it sounds like it might by The High Stakes series by Chelle.
