Buffy lives on East Coast owns a bar or restaurant and has a son. Spike comes to visit.

I read this a while ago, and I believe Spike is the father of the boy. I remember Buffy living a beautiful home. The little boy played soccer. I can't remember why Spike and Buffy were apart, but it's Spuffy from the time he comes into the story. I believe she borrowed the money to open the bar or restaurant from Angel (not a good guy), and he kept adding interest or something, not allowing her to pay off the loan. Everything worked out in the end. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
