Alright so anybody know spuffy fics which take into account the Spike comics? Possibly including some of the characters, especially the ladies he encounters.

The harem in After the Fall series, the special interaction with Spider and Illyria? Or Beck, from the Asylum or Tok Shinobu in Shadows puppets?

Or anything Spike-comic-related really...

There is thsi one but it is a WIP and hasn't been updated in awhile. I keep hoping the author will come back to it. It makes mention the harem but as of where it ends you haven't met them yet but it seems like that would be just around the corner.

I don't know any fics that meet your requirement; however, I was just wondering if the IDW comics are even canon. How much influence did Joss Whedon have on the IDW series?

The IDW comics after After the Fall aren't canon or at all plotted or approved by Joss, iirc. (mentioned here) Idk about anything before that, but there's some information on it here.
