AH Buffy and Willow are at school in London. Live in dorm with Spike

I can't seem to remember the title of this story. Buffy and Willow go to school over seas and its all human obviously. They live in the dorms and I think Spike lives next door or across the hall. I think xander and Faith and Oz also live in the dorm

This sounds like Kantayra's Blue Horizons except I don't think it takes place in London.
