Summary: Ever since Buffy's father left them 8 years ago, she and her younger sister Dawn have been under the control of their abusive elder sibling, Drusilla. The Christmas holiday is approaching, and Dru is determined that everything will be perfect for her new boyfriend's arrival. Spike Reynolds has spent the last few years fixing people. What happens when he finds someone who might be broken beyond repair?
Unfortunately it is unfinished, so was wondering if anyone knew of any others like this fic?

I know I read a long time ago about Dru being her mum or sister and Spike came to stay and Dru moved Buffy into the basement for Spike to have Buffy's room as a music room, I can't really remember much else anyone know this one or any others please?

I dont recall the title but there is a good AH fic on this site that has dru as buffy and dawns older sister. Dru leaves Dawn alone at home and she gets murdered but Dru makes everyone think Buffy left Dawn alone. Spike starts out as Drus boyfriend but ends up with Buffy after she has been rescued from Dawns killer who kidnapped her, turns out to be Snyder.
Hopefully with these details someone will know what the fics title is.

This one is at Just Rewards - and Drusilla is not actually Buffy's mother but she is the girlfriend of Buffy's mother, Joyce, and both women are very abusive to her in the story so I think that counts.

I want to second the Blood Lines Divided offering above also - Dru is Buffy's mean sisster in that one and it is a very good read, one of my old faves.
