After the spell is broken Buffy still has feelings for Spike. He doesn't feel the same way. I remember there was a part where she runs in to him on patrol and he decides to piss her of to get rid of her by telling her to measure the crypts to find him the biggest one, she does it and doesn't leave. At some point they sleep together and he kicks her out after. And I think there is a seen where Buffy walks in on Spike with Harmony. But eventually he does fall for Buffy.
