Buffy reads account of what happened with Spike

Hi! Looking for a fic that begins with Buffy in England being given an account of what happened with Spike on Angel (I think) she goes through a whole emotional tumult before the they head to LA and the fic ends up Spuffy, any ideas? I remeber Buffy coming back into a Council-type meeting after reading clearly upset, Giles is there. Thanks

I have read this recently too, but can't remember the author or title. Did you maybe read it on fanfiction. net? I have been searching bloodshedverse but haven't found it yet. Can you remember if it was complete?
