baby with "tiny fingernails"

So looking for a baby fic. The only thing I can remember about it is Spike telling everyone the baby has small/tiny ten fingernails. (I'm not sure what words he actually used but that is the idea)

In "Gift of the Gods" by LoobyLoo, Spike says something like this to Willow near the end. When the baby is born, he phones Willow and tells her that the baby has dark hair, blue eyes, and "little tiny, tiny nails" (I quote directly from the fic). Is this the one you're looking for?
