Buffy behaving like a mature adult

I'm looking for stories where Buffy behaves like a mature adult (you know, seeing the shades of gray and so on) or at least it doesn't take her most of the story to get there.

The Origins series by Niamh comes to my mind: anything else you can recommend me?

I think, for the most part, Buffy acts like a mature adult in my AU, Unexpected. She makes some bad choices at times, but always with good reason. I haven't read The Origins, so I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for or not ...

I think peaceheather writes a more mature Buffy in her story Distress Signals and dreamweaver writes a Buffy that is willing to stand up to her friends in Her Way and Changes.
