I would say that The Butcher by damperandspoons is quite like Strawberry Wine, in that there's angst (a bucket load) but it's all dressed up in awesomeness and Spuffy goodness. You can find it over on EF. It is, IMO, one of the best fanfics in the Spuffy fandom. It's amazing.

A story of young summer love that turns into so much more. He gives her what she needs without ever knowing. She cuts him down without realizing how far she's gone. A story where time has no meaning and love that might have a limit.
