Spike and Buffy live in Amsterdam having a daughter

Spike and Buffy leave together after "Becoming". He shows her Europe and they finally settle down in Amsterdam, when Buffy realizes she`s pregnant. Angel finds them there some years later. He wants Buffy to help with Glory.
When I read this it sadly wasn`t finished, so that might still be the case, and I`m pretty sure it wasn`t on SR, EF or Nocturnal Light.
I`m searching for weeks now please help!
