Buffy nurses Spike back to health with "physiotherapy" - well sorta

I remembered a fic where Buffy helps Spike regain movement of his legs- you know, massaging the back and legs, exercising the legs etc. - but she wasn't exactly beeing sweet OMG-I'm-suddenly-in-love-with-Spike Buffy, more like practical about it because she needed him back to fully functional for some reason.
Also I think Buffy worked some weeks on him because there was the description of his progress in healing and maybe some of those nurse-Buffy scenes took place in a motel room or several motel rooms.

These things lead me to think it could be a season two fic where Spike is still in the wheelchair and possibly a road-trip fic, but that's just speculation.

Could it be: Gravity by Magz (Sinister Attraction).

It sounds like one of Dampersnspoons' fics. She had a roadtrip fic, season 2, in which I think Buffy had to bathe and massage Spike.

No, it's not Gravity by Magz (I remember that one, a very good story!) because the one I'm looking for isn't a Human AU.
About the other two, I'm going to check, but it'll take me some time to read them at least half way through

Meanwhile, any other ideas? I'm wonderig if perhaps in that fic Spike and Buffy didn't for some reason just run away from Angelus/because of Angelus, 'cause that would fit with Buffy having a reason to help Spike with his healing...I think it may be one of those "we're in this together with no outside help so we better help each other"...hmm...

Could it be Ashes of Dreams by Jypzrose?

So far I've checked the fics by Dampersnspoons and Jypzrose and unfortunately it's neither (though I was really hoping it was the one by Jypz)

I still have to check the one by Mabel M. , but I don't think that's the one
