Buffy and Spike leave Sunnydale when return with spikes book as a present for everyone

Hi guys,
Does anyone remember the fic where Buffy and Spike leave Sunnydale and when they return however long after they bring a present for everyone which is Spikes new book, whilst they had been gone Spike was writing books I think on Buffy and her slaying adventures anyway when they got the books as a present Cody said something like 'Oh I wanted this or has her name on the list because they're sold out.
