Spike and his daughter go through time and get separated from buffy and their other child.

It's been a while but there was a story where Spike and his and buffy's daughter were dimension hopping/time traveling and got separated from buffy and another one of their children. I remember spike and his daughter going to find the scoobies to ask for help. I can't remember if buffy and the other daughter find them or not.

And suggestions of what this could be would be so helpful.
