Buffy, Dawn and Dru sisters, Spike starts out as Dru's boyfriend

I started reading this forever ago, but don't know if it was ever finished. Buffy, Dawn and Dru were all sisters, and their mom (Joyce?) is in some sort of coma. Dru is the oldest and is abusive to Buffy and Dawn. Spike is Dru's boyfriend, comes to visit and starts to suspect what is going on.

Anybody remember this?
