On Bed Rest, Need Entertainment!

So I've just been put on bed rest for the next three weeks, and I need some recs to help me pass the time! I'm looking for anything long and well-written that I may not have read. Baby fics particularly appropriate but really anything at all, so long as it hasn't already been recc'd all over the place!

Summary: Sequel to You Mean the World to Me. Buffy and Spike are now married with their child on the way. What sort of prophecy is Buffy to fulfill, what does the new Slayer in town have to do with it and will Spike be tempted by her.

I want to start out by saying that these aren't necessarily baby fics (a few are to some degree) but they are nice long well written juicy fics.
