I am searching another fic if you can help please.
It is along the lines of Rhapsody in Oil by Eurydice

Where I think Buffy is trapped in a painting with Giles and I am pretty sure Spike too. Somehow Buffy is tricked or pushed into the painting after going to his studio to trackdown someone 'bad guy maybe'
It is a country style painting and Giles goes to a library to look for scrolls i think to help them get out or find the identity of the one to get them out./ or to help the towns people
There is a painter in there with them and he has to paint a picture in order for them to be able to get out or into the next one.
The scoobies see the picture/painting and can see the painter out the front on the grass painting their escape. I believe there was a fire and the artist was painting as fast as he could so they could escape, because if the painting caught fire they would all die.

Sorry I know it is a little confusing but I read it years ago so my mind may be a bit jumbled with this one. After re reading Rhapsody in Oil by Eurydice and re reading Shiver by spikeslovebite I got to thinking about the other story and wanted to read it again too.

Any other suggestions would be welcomed also.

It is Rhapsody in Oil by Eurydice

In Rhapsody In Oil they have to kill someone with a certain kind of tattoo before they can leave and it all revolves around them working in a night club. I don't remember any kind of country scene in Eurydice's fic.
