Buffy pregnant but not by Spike?

Hi,

I've recently come across many baby fics where Buffy's gotten pregnant because of Spike. I know that there are also a large number of fics where Buffy gets, to perhaps be a bit crude, knocked up by someone else (i.e. Parker, Riley, etc.) yet it is Spike that ends up stepping in as the father figure. Can anyone rec some of these Spike-is-not-the-biological-father fics? I have no preference, AU & AH are always welcome.

I'm reading Betrayal by waddiwasiwitch on FFnet good story so far at 13 chapters. Buffy and Spike are together, but she cheats on him with Angel turns human gets pregnant and Spike is not so forgiving and leaves her.

Spike is Giles son and is originally told baby Anthony is the son of a distant relative of Giles who died in childbirth and Buffy is a close friend of the relative who volunteered to help care for the baby.
