Hey everyone x I have come down with the chicken pox so I'm not allowed to leave my bed for 2/4 weeks x could someone please find me some really good fics to read anything from season 5/6 with a good storyline and spuffy. It's always very hard for me to find stories limited to seasons five and six, especially without dying in it due to the whole The Gift deal. There's tons of stories that take off from The Gift. Anyway, here's some that may fit your search. I hope this helps. Chicken pox as a teen or adult can be a very serious disease (I've known two people who nearly died from it as young adults) so I hope you are not too very sick and will get well soon. *Also, if you are okay enough to read you are probably not among those who are going to die or anything, I don't want to scare you!

They are varied in plot and type but there is no character death: A Pirate's Life for Me by Addie Logan, A Switch in Time by Coalitiongirl, Future Written in Blood by madrog, A Penny for Your... by Jackofspikes, His Girl by dreamweaver, I'm With You by Wolffan200, In Heat by Nautibitz, Life's Like That by Pipergirl, Masks and Mirrors by Pfeifferpack, Nothing to Fear... by Icemink, Out of My Head by AJ Horfacre, West of the Moon, East of the Sun by KnifeEdge which is an epic fic that is one of my favorite.

Here at SR you can check out slaymesoftly, who has several season 5 and 6 fics that are spectacular and long. I would recommend any fic she's ever written, not just the season 5 and 6. I think you would love Hearts Breaking Even.

I would suggest going to http://sleepingjaguars.com/buffy/ it's all stories by Barb C. Who is a very talented author. This is slightly off the criteria but very good and no one dies...exactly. She has a series that I've read repeatedly beginning with A Raising in the Sun and Necessary Evils both brilliant and very entertaining reads.

Its one of my faves for when I need cheering up.
