Buffy is a cruel queen, Spike is like her love slave?

I don't know if anyone can remember this fic. It's from a really long time ago and I can't remember where I read it, what the title was, or who it was by. I'm not sure if it was finished or not.

Buffy was a Queen or something similar and she was really cruel and put people to death a lot. Spike was kept like a slave I think along with a bunch of other guys in cages from what I remember. She started to have him come to her every night and he was in love with her I think. I can't remember anything else but if anyone can think of it that'd be awesome!

I think this is a fic by squawks maybe called "Ice Queen." I don't think it was ever finished and most of squawks fics have been pulled.

I have a bunch of her fics but not this one. I don't think it's online anywhere. If someone else has a copy of it I'd love one too but otherwise I don't think we're going to find it. Dang and drat.
