Faith called and died; Spuffy comes to town after

I'm looking for a fic where Faith was called as a slayer and she has a sister named Hope I think. I believe that Jesse is Faith's boyfriend. Giles is her watcher. After Faith dies from the portal that Glory opened Hope and Jesse get closer. And of course here enters Spike and Buffy. Along with Joyce, Gunn, Wesley, and Lawson. Buffy was called before and no one knew it. Faith ends up coming back and then Jesse and Hope leave town. And Angel is present also.
