Buffy has a tattoo that everyone thinks is a stake but is really a spike

Not really sure if this is a figment of my imagination or if it is a real fic but I think it is a short story or one-shot where Buffy has a tattoo of a spike but everyone else thinks it is a stake. I think it is post Chosen and for some reason I think she is working as a waitress, but again not really sure about that part. All I'm sure about is the tattoo.

I remember there is a scene that has Spike looking at a tattoo on Buffy that was like you described. Don't know if it's the one you wanted but it's a great story anyway. It's on the Elysian Fields.
